GROUPS & PARTIES

Coshocton KOA is a great gathering place for your group or party! We specialize in birthday parties, family picnics, and more.

With a large picnic shelter, pool, playground, jump pad, and gaga ball, groups of all ages can make memories together.

We offer group swimming and shelter rental during public swimming hours. Coshocton KOA is closed to the public on Saturdays, therefore, we do not have public swimming or shelter rental available on these dates.

PUBLIC & CAMPERS PAVILION RENTAL

Semi-private rental of the pavilion is available during public swimming hours for up to 50 people. The shelter may be rented for $150 for a 2 and a half-hour time slot.

Available time slots for each day are listed below:

Sunday – Thursday

12:00pm – 2:30pm & 3:30pm – 6:00pm

Friday

12:00pm – 2:30pm

Saturday

No Public Rentals

We are unable to add additional time to any time slot.

Swimming is not included in the rental, however it may be added on for $60. All guests up to 50 people may swim for this price.

SATURDAY RENTAL FOR CAMPERS ONLY

Saturday pavilion rental is an ideal option for campers wanting to have a birthday party or family reunion with more guests than the allowed 10 total people per campsite.

When renting the shelter campers can invite up to 30 guests.

The guests do not need to pay the typical $5 fee at the camp store.

Each Saturday from April to September, the pavilion may be rented from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM for $150.

Swimming is not included in the rental, however may be added on for $40. All guests up to 30 people may swim for this price.

No public parties are permitted to be booked on Saturdays.

ADDITIONAL PAVILION RENTAL INFO

The pavilion is a shared space between renters and campers. As renter you will have use of the pavilion and tables for your guests. Campers may pass through or use the games in the pavilion. There will also be campers using the pool and playground items.

The shelter has 8 picnic tables, a bbq grill, electricity, and restrooms.

Shelter rental includes access to ping pong table, fuse ball table, jump pad, playground, and gaga ball. These amenities are shared between renters and campers any given time during rental.

SWIMMING GROUPS

We are unable to offer private rental of the swimming pool however we do offer group swimming rates.

We offer a group rate of $5 per person for pre-booked groups of 20 or more people. Group rates are not available for walk in business. All people in the group are required to pay admission regardless if they are swimming or not. Groups must be paid for in 1 transaction to receive the group rate.
